Phase 21 — Redacted change evidence
Before/after evidence for a pricing change with credentials and excessive PII stripped.
Phase 22 — AI pricing intelligence (advisory only)
Produces a recommendation with data, scope, period, assumptions, impact, confidence, risks and explanation. It can never create, approve, activate or modify a rule.
Phase 24 — Chapter 7 verification harness
Runs all 18 Chapter 7 invariants against the real engine code and classifies each COMPLETE / PARTIAL / FAILED / DEFERRED.
